Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags still attached. You are welcome to try items on, but please don't wear them. Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.

Quantity discounts

If you order the same item in several sizes to receive a quantity discount and then return part of that order, the discounted units can't be returned or refunded. Ordering the same item in different colors is not affected.

How to start a return

Email us at info@mabelscloset.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you the return address. Please don't send items back before you've received it.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Because returns go to our supplier abroad, we recommend a tracked shipping method; we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

When your return arrives, we'll inspect it and let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to process it.

Damaged or wrong items

Received something damaged, defective or different from what you ordered? Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
