How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@mabelscloset.com within 24 hours. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders.

Who delivers my order?
All US orders are delivered by UPS.

How long does delivery take?

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, we email you your UPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart. If you're between two sizes, we usually recommend the larger one.

Returns

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn with tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
